Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Wadena County Released Inmates. By using the site, a visitor agrees to them. Anyone who does not accept these conditions should discontinue use.

This is a privately owned reference site with no government, sheriff, jail, or corrections affiliation. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers a consumer report or any service for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or tenant screening. The site is not a consumer reporting agency or private investigation firm; it points to Wadena County and Minnesota public-record resources.

Nature of the Service

The site is an independent reference resource. It stores no official government record and cannot verify live custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request for a visitor.

Its pages direct readers to Wadena County inmate and jail record sources, Minnesota corrections tools, and third-party research services.

  • Violate a law or another person’s legal rights.
  • Use information to stalk, threaten, harass, or harm anyone.
  • Base credit, employment, insurance, housing, or tenant decisions on site content.
  • Attempt to enter accounts, servers, or systems without authorization.
  • Run automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers against the site.

  • Creditworthiness or insurance decisions.
  • Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit.
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links and Outside Services

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections sites, release records, government portals, legal resources, or independent search providers. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control an outside service’s content, privacy practices, results, pricing, or availability, and visitors should review its terms before use.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are offered “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

  • Information will be accurate, complete, or current.
  • Access will always be available without interruption.
  • The service will be free of errors, defects, or security weaknesses.
  • A partner search will return complete or useful results.

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Wadena County Sheriff’s Office or another government agency.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on information, or use of an outside service.

User Indemnification

A user agrees to defend and hold the site, its operators, and its partners harmless from claims, losses, expenses, and reasonable legal fees that result from the user’s conduct, misuse of information, or breach of these terms.
